Awww, I like the shots showing Atem with his Aibou and Judai with his own. Also it’s definitely nice to see that Judai’s passion for dueling has been fully reawakened again. He had definitely lost it and although he was relearning how to have fun with duels before now, his enthusiasm still wasn’t quite as active as it used to be. So it’s nice to see that he’s determined to never forget about it again and to hold on to that feeling because it’s an important one to have. ;__;

Lol, also poor Neos is probably like “DAMN IT JUDAI WHY?” ^^;;

Unpopular opinion: I think Judai would have won if he hadn’t attacked Slifer. Why? Nearly all of Yugi’s best combos were already used up (Mirror Force, Magic Cylinder, Dark Revival, and now this), while Judai still has Super Polymerization, Yubel (and Yubel’s higher forms), and a far superior field. Yugi’s hand is also currently filled with monsters he can’t summon, and his field’s empty. At the end of this turn, Slifer would return to the graveyard, and Judai would have an overwhelming advantage. Given that he can pull off the same kind of miracle draws Yugi can, and no card of Yugi’s could guarantee a win in the next turn, Judai probably would have won.

That being said, that clearly wasn’t the point and I’m happy our MC finally found that smile of his again.

yu gi oh yu gi oh gx but also... agreed with all of this (especially the very last line) for me it was just the devs wanting a cool shot to end the duel x)) I don't know why I always felt like that duel never ended probably because its outcome isn't important at all
